Priory Group Safer Rooms

These two residential en-suite bedrooms were dated and contained numerous details and fixtures that didn’t fully align with a “safer rooms” specification. Aspire Project Management worked closely with the client to identify the required upgrade works, establish what specialist products would be required, and provide robust and accurate budgeting for the entire project.

When the time came to deliver the projects in this occupied facility, meticulous planning was required to ensure the safety of all stakeholders and to reduce the impact on the residents and staff of the hospital.

The upgrade works included the deployment of specialist anti-ligature fixtures and furniture, but at the same time maintained a homely and comfortable appearance and atmosphere.
