Early contractor involvement allowed timely completion of this complex and substantial remodelling project in an occupied care home. Aspire Project Management worked closely with the client and designers to realise the end-user requirements whilst resolving the complexities associated with remodelling and refurbishing an Edwardian property.

Works were phased in such a way as to minimise inconvenience to other service users and staff, with the noisy structural alteration works carried out within agreed time windows. The final facility included a fully functional ADL kitchen, level-access shower room and a separate secure garden area with its own entrance door from the living room.
