Domestic Freeholder Refurbishment

This client approached Aspire Project Management with a very big challenge – to radically upgrade and refurbish a dwelling which had seen little modernisation since 1970’s. The property was dated, had poor and worn-out facilities and was massively under-insulated.

Working closely with the client, Aspire Project Management helped the client realise their vision of truly magnificent home. This work included replacing over 40 doors and windows with high-performance aluminium windows. Every bathroom was upgraded using high-end fitments and the latest ceramics. Less glamourous but nevertheless as important was roofing, fascia and heating improvements, all of which resulted in huge improvements to the property’s thermal performance. Stunning design features included a media wall with ‘floating’ fireplace, and a huge internal glazed screen separating the dining room from the main circulation areas.
